WHAT IS TACOLOGY REWARDS?
Tacology Rewards is the official app of our restaurant. Its goal is to facilitate our guests’ visit to the restaurant: They will be able to check out the menu and order directly from their phones and earn Taco Points for each purchase they make.
This app is also important for our communication and marketing strategies since it allows us to send promotions, offers and news directly to their phones. At the moment, it is only available for IOS.

DELIVERY
It is important to let our guests know that they can use the app even from home: They can order with our delivery platform, which has a wider delivery area and is up to 20% cheaper than Uber Eats.
JOIN ORDER
Our customers no longer need to wait one by one to order from our tablet. With their phones, they can select any item from the menu and send the order directly to our kitchens.
TACO POINTS
Each time the guest visits us, as long as they use the application when ordering, they will earn "Taco Points", which can, then, be redeemed for items from our menu for free.
HELP US TO LET OUR GUESTS KNOW ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF THE APP:
- Hostess: Fast Pass: Mention our guests that by downloading the application and registering they can avoid the waiting list.
- Servers: You should suggest the guest to download the app so that they can order quicker: They can order from their phone by joining to the current order on the table. You can also tell them about all the other benefits.
- Food Runners: If the guest asks any questions about the menu, or requests an additional tablet tell them about the benefits of our app.
